1. Who we are<\/h2>

The website and online store are operated by ECPG Solutions Ltd - Padel Point CY, registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company number HE432485 and VAT number 60030944Q.<\/p>

2. Scope and consumer rights<\/h2>

These Terms apply to online sales through monopadel.gr. They do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Greek consumer and sale-of-goods law. If you buy mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you are treated as a consumer for the relevant statutory rights.<\/p>

3. Product information and availability<\/h2>

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings may affect colour, and minor packaging changes may occur. Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.<\/p>

4. Prices, tax and delivery charges<\/h2>

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the total payable amount are shown before you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order; if this affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and offer the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.<\/p>

5. Placing an order and correcting errors<\/h2>

Before submitting an order, you can review the basket, delivery details, selected delivery method, payment information and total price, and correct input errors. The final checkout control must clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay, for example \u201cPlace Order and Pay\u201d.<\/p>

After submission, we send an electronic acknowledgement without undue delay. That acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Our acceptance occurs when we send an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever comes first. If we cannot accept the order after payment has been authorised or captured, we will cancel it and release or refund the payment.<\/p>

6. Contract record and language<\/h2>

The contract is concluded in English. We send the order details and applicable information by email or another durable medium. You should save these Terms and the order confirmation for your records. Your account, if available, may display order history, but account access is not guaranteed indefinitely.<\/p>

7. Payment<\/h2>

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include supported debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. Payment may require authentication by your provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. We do not charge a payment surcharge above any amount permitted by law.<\/p>

8. Delivery<\/h2>

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown no later than the start of checkout. Selected delivery to Greece is priced at checkout. We do not currently deliver elsewhere.<\/p>

Unless a different time is agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Risk passes when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Please see Shipping & Delivery for operational details.<\/p>

9. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason. For goods, the period normally starts on physical receipt. You may use our online withdrawal function, email us or send another clear statement before the deadline. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.<\/p>

For a change-of-mind return, you bear the direct return cost. You may be responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods\u2019 nature, characteristics and functioning. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain personalised, perishable and genuinely sealed hygiene goods. 10. Refunds after withdrawal<\/span><\/p>

We refund all payments due, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold a goods refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.<\/p>

11. Faulty or non-conforming goods<\/h2>

Goods must conform to the contract. ECPG Solutions Ltd is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, subject to Greek law. Statutory remedies may include free repair or replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination. A commercial warranty does not replace these rights. See Returns & Refunds for details.<\/p>

12. Promotions and discount codes<\/h2>

Promotions are subject to their published conditions and availability. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. A promotion does not affect statutory rights.<\/p>

13. Website use and intellectual property<\/h2>

The website\u2019s content, branding, photographs, graphics and text are owned by or licensed to ECPG Solutions Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit content without permission or another lawful basis.<\/p>

14. Reviews and user content<\/h2>

If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, relevant and lawful. Do not include confidential information, unlawful material or third-party personal data. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we will not manipulate reviews to mislead consumers.<\/p>

15. Liability<\/h2>

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by a consumer.<\/p>

16. Personal data and cookies<\/h2>

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Optional cookies are used only where the required consent has been obtained.<\/p>

17. Complaints<\/h2>

Contact info@padelpointcy.com or +30 697 582 4774 with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will try to resolve the matter fairly. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is not linked from this website.<\/p>

18. Governing law and courts<\/h2>

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law of your habitual residence where applicable. The competent courts are determined by applicable law.<\/p>

19. Changes and severability<\/h2>

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in force when your order is placed applies to that order. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.<\/p>
