Delivery to Greece

We deliver across Greece. The available method, charge and estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer delivery to other countries.

Processing and delivery times

We aim to process orders promptly. Any estimate shown on the website or at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment, unless we expressly agree otherwise. If no different delivery time has been agreed, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email or phone number used for the order. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear.

Incorrect address, failed delivery or uncollected parcel

Check your delivery details before placing the order. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful or it was not collected in time, contact us. Any new delivery charge will be explained before we resend the parcel, unless the failure was caused by us or the courier acting on our behalf.

Damage, loss and risk

Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, photograph the parcel and items and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery restrictions

Available delivery destinations and payment methods are displayed no later than the start of checkout. We may be unable to deliver certain products to some addresses; any applicable restriction will be shown before you place the order.
