Is MonoPadel only an online store?

Yes. MonoPadel operates exclusively online. This allows us to keep operations efficient and deliver products quickly across Greece without the need for a physical shop.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery to an ACS store/locker: If you choose pickup from your nearest an ACS location, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Home delivery: There might be a slight delay compared to store pickup, but delivery times remain very fast.
In-Stock Guarantee: Everything displayed on our website is in stock and ready to ship.

Are all the products shown on the website available?

Yes. We do not display products we don’t have. If it’s online, it’s in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Do you ship outside of Greece?

At the moment, we focus on fast and reliable delivery within Greece.

Which brands do you carry?

We offer a wide range of top padel brands, including Adidas, Wilson, Head, Nox, Bullpadel, Babolat, Floky, 4ON, Siux, and more.

Can I get advice on choosing the right racket or equipment?

Of course! Our team actively plays padel and personally tests the products we offer. You can contact us by phone, email, or social media, and we’ll be happy to guide you based on your level and playing style.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payments through our payment system.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Do rackets come with a cover or accessories?

That depends on the brand and model. Some rackets come with a basic protective cover, while others do not. Product details on each page specify what is included.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All rackets and equipment come with the official manufacturer’s warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage from use is not covered.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you only sell rackets?

Not at all! We offer a full range of padel equipment: rackets, balls, bags, shoes, apparel, grips, and accessories.
